We understand that plans can change, and we'll do everything we can to help you understand your options.
Cancellation policies and fees are usually based on how many days before your scheduled departure you cancel your reservation. The closer you are to sailing, the higher the cancellation fee.
For example for most Bliss Cruises, the general cancellation schedule is:
More than 125 days before departure: Refund of amounts paid, less the non-refundable deposit (currently $125 per person or 5% of payments made, whichever is greater).
96–124 days before departure: Cancellation fee of 35% of your total reservation value.
52–95 days before departure: Cancellation fee of 66% of your total reservation value.
51 days or fewer before departure: Reservations are generally 100% non-refundable.
Please note that airline tickets, hotels, transfers, excursions, travel insurance, and other travel services may have separate cancellation policies and additional fees. Many airfare purchases are non-refundable. These charges are in addition to any applicable Tom's Trips or cruise line cancellation penalties.
Because every reservation is different, we encourage you to contact us before cancelling. We'll review your reservation with you, explain any applicable cancellation fees, discuss any refunds or future credits that may be available, and help you understand how your travel insurance may apply.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment. Many policies can provide valuable coverage for covered cancellations, medical emergencies, trip interruptions, lost baggage, and other unexpected events. Certain benefits, including coverage for pre-existing medical conditions, may require that insurance be purchased within a specified period after making your initial deposit.
Depending on the charter's rules and when you cancel, you may be able to transfer your booking to a future crusie. A trasnfer fee may apply. For more information on transfering yoru booking to a future cruise, see this article.
