Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll help guide you through the entire planning process.

Depending on your cruise, you can expect:

• Invitations to Tom's Trips pre-cruise meetups and hosted events
• Information about exclusive guest activities and gatherings
• Welcome gift details and other hosted cruise extras
• Ongoing support before, during, and after your vacation

Tom's Trips will keep you updated on your payments and balances, charter and ship news, and help you plan for your trip. 

Look for emails about 3-4 months from your cruise with your cruise line booking number, which will then allow you to use the ship app to book excursions, purhcase discounted drink packages, and discounted wi-fi packages. 

Look for your charter reservation number to download and log-into the charter app. for example, the Bliss App allows you to purhcase seminars, signature excursions, create a profile, and meet others that have booked for your charter. 

Our goal is to make sure you feel informed, prepared, and excited long before embarkation day. By the time you step onboard, you'll already be part of the Tom's Trips community.

Also, you will want to download both the ship app and the charter app (e.g. Bliss Cruise App).
